BABYDEETS MUSIC:

Joanne produced and arranged the production of "Private Party", a collection of original jazzy-pop songs, which feature her nieces and nephew Antonia, Francesca and Raphael on violins and cello on"Simple Piece of Love".  A sample can be heard in the "Listen" drop down.

“Romancing The Heart”, is a collection of Joanne’s solo piano originals which received national air-play along with a Five Star Review in UK’s soundtrack magazine “Music From The Movies” for her signature style of weaving romantic melodies. “Romancing The Heart” streams internationally and can be heard on Spotify and Apple Music. 

MAC AVENUE RECORDS: 

Joanne acquired a licensing affiliation as a songwriter, with Mac Avenue.

WIND UP RECORDS:

Recorded with Amy Lee and Evanescence, on the two-time Grammy winner, rock smash, "Fallen” for which she received a Platinum Award.  She also participated with Amy and Evanescence on their second release, “The Open Door”,  recorded at Capitol Records.

WINDHAM HILL RECORDS:

As keyboardist for The Angels of Venice Joanne appears on several CDs and toured on Windham Hill's prestigious "Winter Solstice" alongside artists Liz Story and David Arkenstone. 

FOUR WINDS RECORDS:

Joanne represented Four Winds as a radio promoter and produced an extensive classical solo piano catalog.  The production of Classic Romance reunited Joanne with her brothers, Anthony and Joseph, duo pianists. 


ARTIST PROMOTIONS:

Joanne founded Artist Promotions, an independent radio promotions which serviced Capitol Records, Atlantic Records, Four Winds, and Aleph Records, representing such luminaries as Lalo Schifrin, composer of the “Mission Impossible” theme.

A&M RECORDS: 

It was Joanne's assignments with Herb Alpert’s (Tijuana Brass) A&M Records that laid the groundwork for her recording career. As a radio promoter and jazz and classical marketer, she represented artists which included Janet Jackson and Sting. 


EARLY LIFE:

THE PARATORE FAMILY ACT:

Joanne’s professional musical career began when she was seven years old as a singer in the popular Paratore Family Act with her brothers & sisters, Anthony, Joseph and Marie. With brother Anthony on piano & Joseph on drums, the Paratores performed clever arrangements of popular tunes and standards.  This unusual family act had a career that spanned over ten years, appearing extensively throughout New England, and New York.

JINGLES!!

Marie and Joanne became jingle singers recording commercials for Jordan Marsh, Crazy Foam, Hood Milk, Kendall Milk Filters, Friends Baked Beans and many more. These jingles aired nationally during the popular national TV show, Captain Kangaroo, and WHDH Boston radio.

BOSTON POPS ORCHESTRA:

At 13 years of age, Joanne appeared with the Boston Pops Orchestra to narrate Ogden Nash’s verses for Camille Saint-Saens’ Carnival of the animals, for two pianos and orchestra, with her brothers, duo pianists, Anthony and Joseph Paratore.

“Boston’s Best” LP contest

Paratore’s  original “Playin With Fire” was chosen out of 40,000 national submissions for a cut on COZ”s compilation LP “Boston’s Best”.
